Sporty & Rich is about to drop a retro vibe for tennis and fashion enthusiasts alike, teasing a collection inspired by Venus and Serena Williams’ late-90s arrival on the WTA tour.

Mixing vintage country club with a youthful aesthetic, the chic fashion house will debut its drop on Tuesday, previewing the looks with models in the Williams’ signature beads.

Pop culture is certainly primed for a return to the 90s in light of the 2021 biopic King Richard, which followed the sisters from their earliest foray into tennis to Venus’ 1994 debut WTA debut.

“I want to play in it,” commented former WTA doubles No. 1 and fashion head Barbora Strycova, who will be back in action at the Mutua Madrid Open after giving birth to her first child.

Sporty & Rich first hinted at the Williams inspiration late last week, showing Venus and Serena as they prepared to take the tennis world by storm, and later when they won their debut Grand Slam women’s doubles match at the 1998 Australian Open.
